The 10 most Aesthetic Places to Visit in Bali
Bali does natural beauty exceptionally well, but sometimes you’re not looking for another waterfall, rice terrace or temple (even though they are great too!). Sometimes you want pink walls, ridiculously pretty coffee, tiled courtyards, pastel interiors and somewhere that looks like it was specifically designed for your camera roll.
If your Bali aesthetic leans pink, pastel and unapologetically Instagrammable, add these places to your list.
At a glance: 10 aesthetic places in Bali
Most of these stops are in Seminyak, so you can combine several in one morning rather than crossing Bali for photographs. Use this quick guide to choose the places that suit your itinerary, then check opening hours and photography rules before visiting.

1. KYND Community – Seminyak
Planning a day around Seminyak’s colourful cafés? My Seminyak destination guide helps you explore the area, and these private pool villas are worth considering if you want to stay nearby.

If there is one café that belongs on a pink Bali bucket list, it’s KYND Community. The original Seminyak location is instantly recognisable for its pink façade, tropical greenery, pastel interiors and famous photo-friendly walls. It’s bright, fun and very deliberately designed to photograph beautifully.
KYND is a plant-forward café serving colourful smoothie bowls, pancakes, brunch dishes, coffee and more substantial lunch and dinner options. The customised smoothie bowls are particularly popular if you want your food to look as good as the café itself.
Where: Seminyak, locations also in Uluwatu & Canguu
Go for: Pink walls, smoothie bowls and the quintessential Bali café photo.

2. Bodyworks Spa – Seminyak
If a photogenic spa day is part of your Seminyak plans, check the spa’s own treatment menu and booking arrangements before visiting. Staying nearby? My Seminyak villa shortlist is a useful place to start.
This might be one of the prettiest spas in Bali. Bodyworks Spa combines blush-pink walls, arched doorways, carved details and a Moroccan-inspired courtyard centred around a pool. It genuinely feels more like you’ve walked into a beautifully styled riad than a day spa.
And it isn’t just somewhere to take photos. Bodyworks offers Balinese massage, facials, body treatments, hair and beauty services, with treatments like its traditional Mandi Lulur exfoliation experience. It gets busy, so booking ahead is a good idea.
Where: Seminyak
Go for: The pink courtyard, Moroccan arches and a very photogenic spa day.

3. Doppio Cafe Pink – Seminyak

The name gives this one away. Doppio Cafe Pink is basically a pink café lover’s dream, with a bright pink exterior, pink interiors and plenty of little tropical details designed to make the whole place feel playful rather than overly serious.
The menu leans towards healthy Bali brunch food, with smoothie bowls, pancakes, eggs, protein shakes and protein waffles. If you’re staying around Seminyak, this is an easy one to add to a morning café-hopping itinerary.
Where: Seminyak
Go for: An easy pink brunch stop and plenty of colourful food photos.

4. Coffee Cartel – Seminyak
Coffee Cartel mixes pastel pink with black-and-white flooring, greenery, cacti and little gold details, giving it a slightly more grown-up version of the pink café aesthetic.
It’s also a proper brunch café rather than somewhere you’re visiting solely for the décor. Expect good coffee, smoothie bowls, croissants, hotcakes, eggs and classic Australian-style café food. Their fun claim to fame is the Ripple Latte, which can have an image or message printed directly onto the coffee foam.
Where: Seminyak
Go for: Pink interiors, brunch and your own personalised coffee.

5. Neon Palms – Seminyak
Walk through the iconic pink door and upstairs to Neon Palms, a colourful rooftop bar filled with tropical prints, pastel tones and exactly the kind of slightly over-the-top Bali styling that works ridiculously well in photos.
You can visit for breakfast, but it really comes into its own later in the day with cocktails, tacos and tapas-style dishes. It’s a great choice if you want your pink Bali itinerary to include somewhere for drinks rather than another brunch café.
Where: Seminyak
Go for: The pink entrance, tropical interiors and cocktails.

6. Sea Circus – Seminyak

Just nearby is Sea Circus, another of Seminyak’s long-standing colourful landmarks. It isn’t entirely pink, but its pastel exterior, murals and pops of colour make it perfect for anyone building a bright, candy-coloured Bali photo collection.
It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you can stop in for coffee and brunch during the day or come back later for drinks. Pair Sea Circus with Neon Palms and you’ve got two easy aesthetic stops within the same part of Seminyak.
Where: Seminyak
Go for: Colourful walls, playful Bali styling and an easy breakfast-to-cocktails menu.

7. Tonic Massage & Botanicals – Canggu

If Bodyworks is your Moroccan pink fantasy, Tonic is the Palm Springs version. Think curved architecture, pastel tones, desert-inspired styling, terrazzo and tropical plants. Tonic itself describes the concept as a slice of Palm Springs in Bali.
Treatments include massages and beauty and wellness experiences, so this is another location where you can actually build the photo stop into something worth doing. Its Canggu location is particularly well known for its retro pastel aesthetic.
Where: Canggu
Go for: Retro pink Palm Springs vibes followed by a massage.
8. PinkCoco – Uluwatu
Want to turn this photo stop into an Uluwatu day out? Read my two Uluwatu itineraries at different budgets. If you’re comparing hotel rates, here’s how I compare Bali booking platforms.

There aren’t many hotels in Bali that commit to a colour scheme quite like PinkCoco Uluwatu. The property is covered in varying shades of pink, from its walls and archways to the poolside details, creating a kind of tropical pink Mediterranean fantasy.
This one makes the most sense if you’re looking for somewhere aesthetic to actually stay rather than simply stopping in for brunch. It’s an adults-oriented property, so think colourful couples’ escape rather than family resort.
Where: Uluwatu
Go for: An entire pink hotel rather than a single Instagram wall.

9. Le Bajo Bali – Pererenan

Le Bajo gives you a softer version of the pink aesthetic. Set amongst the rice fields of Pererenan, the sprawling lifestyle venue combines sandy tones, tropical landscaping, poolside dining and playful design. At its centre is the very distinctive Komodo-shaped swimming pool.
You can easily spend a few hours here rather than just stopping for a photo. There are gardens, a pool club, several dining concepts and a shop, with menus covering everything from coffee and brunch through to Japanese food and evening dining.
Where: Pererenan
Go for: Soft pink-and-sand tones, poolside photos and a long lunch.

10. Motel Mexicola – Seminyak, Canggu or Uluwatu
For a louder version of the pink aesthetic, head to Motel Mexicola. This isn’t pale blush and minimalist terrazzo; it’s saturated colour, hand-painted walls, tiles, shrines, murals and Mexican-inspired maximalism. Pink appears everywhere alongside turquoise, yellow, red and green.
Go for tacos, margaritas and dinner that very often turns into dancing. There are now locations in Seminyak, Canggu and Uluwatu, with the new Uluwatu venue bringing a huge Baja California-inspired space to Bingin.
Where: Seminyak, Canggu & Uluwatu
Go for: Maximalist colour, margaritas and photos that definitely don’t look beige.

How to plan your Bali aesthetic photo stops
For café exteriors and colourful walls, morning often gives you more comfortable light and a better chance of avoiding crowds. Indoor cafés may photograph better away from harsh midday sunlight, while sunset and evening visits are more about atmosphere than showing off the pastel details. Always ask permission before photographing staff, other guests or spa treatment areas; a booking doesn’t automatically include access to private photo spaces.
I would group the six Seminyak venues together instead of trying to visit all ten in one day. From there, choose a separate Uluwatu or Canggu/Pererenan day rather than losing hours to traffic. My Seminyak guide and free Bali itinerary planner can help you build a realistic route. If you’re choosing your accommodation around cafés and restaurants, see where to stay in Bali and my hotel booking comparison excel sheet.
